JESSICA BETTERIDGE

Jessica Betteridge is a kind, people-focussed real estate agent with a family background in construction.

She was born and raised in Saskatoon by Bonnie and Reg Amendt, owners of Royalty Construction. Her family has been in the construction industry for all of her life. She has two children with her husband of over 19 years, Dan.

Jessica spent her young career in healthcare, and has a diploma as a pharmacy technician. She was a software analyst for General Electric Healthcare before stepping back into her family’s business.

Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, she joined Royalty Construction as the project coordinator to assist her Dad with every aspect of their development – and quickly became versed in the language of architects, engineers, trades, purchasing, and land development with the City of Saskatoon.

Royalty Construction is a family business – established in 1981, everyone in the family has a part. Her father is the CEO, her mother and grandmother do accounting. Her sister is a designer and project manager, her brother is a project manager and warranty rep, along with her grandfather who even did some of the finishing work. Working together with all her family throughout the years is something Jessica truly cherishes.

And although she likes knowing homes, she really loves people. She understands what families are looking for, and loves her job because she can connect with people. She also loves the flexibility her job offers her to travel with her family. She loves being the social coordinator for her friends and family, and is involved in volunteer educational work in the community.

In 2009 Jessica became a licensed real estate agent, and in her rookie year turned heads by being the #2 producing agent for her entire agency of 100+. She continues to be a top percentile agent and continues with over a decade of consistent top producing real estate.

She’s been the lead agent & coordinator for huge multi-site projects, including Saskatoon’s 71-suite ‘London Flats’ Condominium, 41-unit “West Bennett” townhouse project and most recently the Luxury “Private Residence” 32-unit Condominium at 404 Cartwright St. Currently she is working on 408 Cartwright St where luxurious units are selling now and ready for move in early 2021.

Along with buying and selling real estate in Saskatoon, another favourite passion of hers is renovating homes to resell. This is where she can put to use her real estate knowledge along with her construction experience.
